I'm a very friendly person and I love to meet new people.

I'm an artist and a cosplayer. Some of my past costumes include Kanda Yuu from D.Gray-man, Saotome Alto and Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier, Cesare Borgia from Cantarella and Ishizuki Naoji from Meine Liebe. I design and sew all of my own costumes and hope to work in theatre or fashion.

This is my place to rant about life, squee over anime and manga, talk about my latest cosplay projects and conventions I attend, or talk about travel. I am currently living in Japan, so you can also expect quite a few entries on my Japan adventures. My entries can be highly opinionated at times, so please keep this in mind.

My journal is friends only. I don't tend to comment a lot, so please don't expect a comment on every single entry you make. I will comment when I have something relevant to say. I use filters, but all friends' entries should be visible on my friends list. Do not flame me in comments, they will be laughed at and then deleted.

I do not put up with wank. Please take your drama elsewhere.


I absolutely love anime and manga. Some of my favourite animes are Fushigi Yuugi, Escaflowne, D.Gray-man, Cantarella, Meine Liebe, Macross Frontier, Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan, Maximum Ride, Umineko no Naku Koro ni, Weiß Kreuz, Kaikan Phrase, D.N.Angel, Gensomaden Saiyuki, Majutsushi Orphen, Gravitation, X, Yami no Matsuei and Sailor Moon. There's far too many to name here.

I'm a big no, huge JRock and JPop fan. My favourite bands are Λucifer and alice nine., and I also enjoy Kagrra,, Versailles, Weiß Kreuz, Kotani Kinya, Pierrot, T.M.Revolution, Gackt, Shazna, Hamasaki Ayumi, Malice Mizer, May'n, Ishida Yoko, Yoshioka Aika, Miyamoto Shunichi and Shimokawa Mikuni, among others. My taste in music is quite eclectic. I can listen to pretty much anything and there isn't one specific genre that I like. I'm not a big fan of rap though, it really depends on the song. ^^; It's rare for me to go an extended period of time without music.

I'm a big fan of seiyuu and so I generally watch anime subtitled. A few of my favourite seiyuu are Koyasu Takehito, Ishida Akira, Sakurai Takahiro, Morikubo Shoutarou, Okiayu Ryoutarou, Nakamura Yuuichi, Midorikawa Hikaru, Suzumura Kenichi, Hoshi Souichirou, Kusao Takeshi, Sakamoto Chika, Sakamoto Maaya and Hayashibara Megumi. I'm not a big fan of dubs, honestly. I'd much rather watch it in Japanese.

I like to play video games, mainly rpgs. Lunar Silver Star Story, Lunar Eternal Blue and Final Fantasy VIII are my favourites. Dance Dance Revolution is awesome, but I'm not very good at it. I love the Mario games and PC games like Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction.

I like to read good fanfiction (emphasis on the good). I write fanfiction and draw fanart as well.
